• When 30 days have elapsed since the purchase of you order, we unfortunately no longer offer refund or exchange.
• Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.
• Items on sale are not eligible for either return or exchange.

 Process to Return & Exchange

Step 1  Contact us at - hello@mahichic.com -  with your order details and reason for Return or Exchange.

Step 2  After approving your request, you will receive an email with instructions to send us back your item.

Step 3  Your return will be processed within 4 business days of being delivered at Mahi.

Qualifications

• Products must not have been worn, washed, or altered. No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
• All tags must be intact and returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a product's exchange or refund for reasons of hygiene or if the product appears to have been damaged by the customer. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. All products will be inspected upon receipt.
