Returns & Exchanges
- Our policy is for 30 days from the purchase.
- When 30 days have elapsed since the purchase of you order, we unfortunately no longer offer refund or exchange.
- Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.
- Items on sale are not eligible for either return or exchange.
Process to Return & Exchange
Step 1 Contact us at - hello@mahichic.com - with your order details and reason for Return or Exchange.
Step 2 After approving your request, you will receive an email with instructions to send us back your item.
Step 3 Your return will be processed within 4 business days of being delivered at Mahi.
Qualifications
- Products must not have been worn, washed, or altered. No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
- All tags must be intact and returned in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a product's exchange or refund for reasons of hygiene or if the product appears to have been damaged by the customer. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. All products will be inspected upon receipt.
Important information
- Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from our London studio.
- Mahi is not responsible for delays that might be caused by the carrier. Once the parcels leave our Studio, they become the carrier's responsibility.
- Please make sure to enter your shipping information correctly at checkout. If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, your parcel will be lost. If the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay the shipping fees again to receive it.
- Please note that Royal Mail or other carriers do not deliver during weekends. Orders are delivered only on business days.
- Delivery, handling and custom charges are non-refundable.
Where do you ship?
We deliver everywhere around the world, from our Studio located in London. Customs fees may apply depending on the country. We are not responsible for customs fees to be paid upon receipt of the order.

When can I expect my parcel to arrive?
Once you have completed your order, it can take up to 1 - 3 business days for your purchase to be wrapped and shipped. The orders are processed from our Studio in London. Delivery times may vary depending on the parcel’s destination.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Mahi is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
Customs fees
If you select the international delivery, customs fees may apply depending on your order’s final destination. We are not responsible for customs fees to be paid upon receipt of your order.
